Northlane Logistics uses customer details to arrange deliveries, provide shipment tracking, send SMS delivery updates and record proof of delivery. We only use information needed to deliver and support an order.

Delivery records may include a name, address, telephone number, order details, delivery status and proof of delivery. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for operational, legal and customer service purposes, and take reasonable steps to protect it.
